Happycare is an online tool which can help you to increase your resilience. The different topics offer you exercises, testimonials, advice and information.The theories that are used are those of positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and health psychology.

HappyCare consists of seven happiness paths and each path consists of a number of resting points. You can walk from one resting point to the next and determine your own itinerary on this walking map. By clicking on one of the happiness paths, you enter that specific topic, containing helpful exercises and information. You can choose which path you would like to click on and you don't have to complete the entire happiness path.

To be able to make use of the advice and exercises in this tool, we would like to ask you to first complete a questionnaire. This way, HappyCare can help you maintain and boost your resilience. You will also receive feedback on your level of happiness and on what tips, information and exercises suit you best.
